Careers at EMA — Noida, India

Work in the one SEO niche that won't let you coast

We're a B2B marketing agency. Our clients are adult-industry businesses locked out of Google Ads, most social platforms, and most mainstream agencies' client lists. That constraint is the job: organic search has to carry the entire channel. If you want a role where technical SEO decisions have visible commercial consequences, this is that role.

What the company actually does

A services business, not a platform

Before anything else, the plain version — because most candidates arrive with the wrong mental model of what an agency in this vertical is.

01

We sell marketing, not services

Escort Marketing Agency was founded in 2017. We're a B2B supplier: our customers are businesses and website owners who pay us to improve their search rankings. We don't host listings, take bookings, or advertise on anyone's behalf.

02

White-hat only, by policy

No PBNs, no link schemes, no cloaking, no keyword stuffing. Partly ethics, mostly maths: a client in this vertical who takes a manual action has no paid channel to fall back on, so a penalty is close to terminal. You'll never be asked to ship something you'd have to hide.

03

Small team, wide surface

We work with 100+ brands across 42 countries out of one office in Noida. Nobody here owns a narrow slice of one account. You'll see strategy, execution, reporting, and the client conversation — usually in the same week.

The part nobody asks out loud

Your questions about discretion, answered before you apply

Every candidate wonders about these and most are too polite to ask in an interview. Here are the answers in writing, so you can decide before you spend an evening on an application.

What goes on my CV?

Your title and the work: SEO, front-end development, mobile development, or product design at a digital marketing agency. Nothing about your employment here is confidential from you or from a future employer — the NDA covers our clients' identities, not your career history.

Most people who leave describe the experience as B2B SEO in a restricted vertical, which is accurate and, in interviews, genuinely interesting. Search work under advertising bans is a harder problem than the same work with a paid budget behind it.

Will I be looking at explicit material all day?

No. The day-to-day artefacts are keyword sets, crawl reports, Search Console exports, backlink prospects, wireframes, and code. You'll see client websites during audits, and some of those sites are adult sites — that exposure is real and we say so plainly rather than surprising you in week one.

Content and design roles have more of it than development roles. Whichever role you apply for, we tell you exactly what you'd be looking at during the interview, before an offer.

Is my name published anywhere?

Only if you want it to be. We don't put staff names, photos, or bylines on the website, in case studies, or in client decks without written consent, and consent is reversible. The confidentiality obligation runs in both directions — it protects you as much as it protects the client.

What are the boundaries of the work?

There are hard lines and they're not negotiable for anyone, at any level. We don't market anything involving minors. We don't take work that misrepresents a client's compliance position. We don't make ranking guarantees to win an account. If a brief conflicts with any of that, escalating it is your job, not a risk to your job.

The work itself

What you'd be doing on a Tuesday

Six things that describe this job more honestly than a responsibilities list.

Search is the whole channel

No Google Ads, no Meta, no TikTok for most clients. Whatever traffic exists, organic and referral built it. Your work isn't one line in a multi-channel report — it's the report.

Directories behave like a second SERP

Roughly 65 directories matter in this vertical, each with its own ranking logic. Learning to read them is a skill you can't pick up from a generic SEO course, and it's most of what makes someone senior here.

Link building is prospecting, not buying

A vetted network of around 200 sites, plus continuous outreach. You'll qualify domains by relevance and authority rather than by a price list, and you'll reject far more than you place.

Timelines are long and stated up front

Six to eight months to a settled position is the honest range in this niche, and we tell clients that at the pitch. You won't be asked to promise a month-one turnaround to close a deal.

Compliance is a design constraint

Age gating, jurisdictional differences, payment-processor rules, platform policy. It shapes what we can build before a single page is written, so you'll learn it whether you're in SEO, design, or development.

You'll write to the client directly

Everyone above junior level talks to their own accounts. Fluent written English isn't a nice-to-have in a job spec here; it's most of how the work gets communicated across 42 countries and a dozen time zones.

Open roles — 5 positions

Current openings

All roles are full time and based at our Noida office. Salary bands are published up front because we'd rather you self-select out early than discover a mismatch in round three.

SEO Manager

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 / month Full time Noida, on-site 3–5 years Search
Details

You own a portfolio of client SEO programmes end to end — the strategy, the execution plan, the monthly narrative, and the client relationship. This is the role where the directory and link-prospecting knowledge specific to this vertical is built.

What you'll own

  • Run on-site SEO programmes for clients across multiple adult-industry verticals and countries
  • Diagnose ranking movement from Search Console, crawl data, and log analysis — and explain the cause, not just the chart
  • Qualify and prospect link opportunities across our vetted network and open outreach
  • …plus 3 more responsibilities on the full role page

Digital Marketing Expert

₹50,000 – ₹70,000 / month Full time Noida, on-site 4+ years Growth
Details

A cross-channel role covering SEO, social, email, and the paid work that is available to us. You'll design campaigns for businesses that can't buy their way onto most of the internet, which makes channel selection the interesting part of the job rather than an afterthought.

What you'll own

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across SEO, social, email, and display where the platform permits adult-adjacent advertising
  • Set and monitor campaign budgets, and report on what each channel actually returned
  • Manage our own and clients' social presences within each platform's content policy
  • …plus 3 more responsibilities on the full role page

Mobile App Developer

₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 / month Full time Noida, on-site 5+ years Engineering
Details

Our highest-paid open role. You build and maintain client mobile applications in React Native and Flutter, and you'll deal with distribution constraints that don't exist in most app work — store policy, age verification, and sideloaded Android builds.

What you'll own

  • Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter
  • Work with design and marketing to define, scope, and ship features
  • Own performance, responsiveness, and crash-free rate across the apps you maintain
  • …plus 3 more responsibilities on the full role page

Web Developer

₹60,000 – ₹80,000 / month Full time Noida, on-site 3+ years Engineering
Details

You build and maintain client websites where page speed and crawlability are not polish items — they're the product. An SEO team sits two desks away and will tell you immediately when a build decision costs a ranking.

What you'll own

  • Write clean, documented, maintainable code across client sites and our own properties
  • Produce technical specifications before building, not after
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases for speed and reliability
  • …plus 3 more responsibilities on the full role page

UI/UX Designer

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / month Full time Noida, on-site 3+ years Design
Details

You design web and app interfaces for a category with an unusual constraint: visitors arrive cautious about privacy, and the interface has to earn trust before it can convert. Discretion is a UX problem here, not just a legal one.

What you'll own

  • Design interfaces for client websites and mobile apps, from concept through high-fidelity delivery
  • Build wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate and test concepts
  • Run usability sessions, read the results honestly, and iterate on what they show
  • …plus 3 more responsibilities on the full role page

None of these fit?

We keep open applications on file and go to them first when a role opens. Tell us what you'd want to own and we'll say honestly whether it's likely — and roughly when.

You send CV and portfolio. We reply either way within 7 working days.

2

30 minutes. Role, salary, location, and the discretion questions — asked openly, both directions.

4

Technical interview

You walk us through your task and your past work. Expect specific questions and give specific answers.

5

Offer

Written offer with salary, start date, and the full package. Then you decide.

Mutual fit

Who does well here, and who doesn't

Written plainly so you can rule yourself out at no cost.

You'll do well if

  • You want to own accounts rather than a slice of a workflow
  • You're comfortable saying "I don't know yet, here's how I'll find out"
  • You write clearly — most of this job is written
  • You have no moral objection to the adult industry existing, and you're clear-eyed about that before you apply
  • You'd rather have a hard problem with no paid-media shortcut than an easy one with a budget
  • You can commute to or relocate to Noida

You probably won't if

  • You need fully remote — these roles are on-site
  • You expect to be told exactly what to do each morning
  • You're looking for a stepping stone into a mainstream brand-side role in under a year
  • You'd be uncomfortable telling a friend where you work
  • You've built a career on tactics that need to stay hidden from Google
  • You want to promise clients rankings to close deals — we don't do that at any level

Careers FAQ

Questions we get before people apply

Is Escort Marketing Agency a legal business to work for?

Yes. EMA is a registered marketing services company operating from ITHUM Tower in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We sell SEO, content, design, and development to businesses. We don't host listings, arrange bookings, or advertise services on any individual's behalf.

Are these roles remote or hybrid?

All five current openings are on-site at the Noida office, full time. We'll say so again on the screening call so nobody gets to the offer stage on a wrong assumption.

Do I need prior adult-industry experience?

No, and most of the team didn't have it. What matters is competence in your discipline plus a considered decision that you're comfortable working in this vertical. The category-specific knowledge — directories, platform policy, compliance constraints — is learned here.

Will working here hurt my future job prospects?

We won't pretend to speak for every future employer. What we can say is that the work itself is standard, in-demand digital marketing and engineering, and the constraints make it a harder version of the same problem. Candidates from restricted verticals tend to interview well precisely because they've had to solve search without a paid-media budget.

Is the practical task paid?

Yes. Stage three is a short, timeboxed, paid task in your discipline. We don't ask candidates to produce unpaid client-usable work.

How long does the process take?

Around three weeks from application to offer for most candidates, assuming scheduling goes smoothly. You'll get a reply to your application within 7 working days either way.

What's the full compensation package beyond the salary band?

Salary bands are published on each role above so you can self-select. The complete package — including any allowances and leave policy — is set out in the written offer at stage five, and we'll answer specific questions about it during the screening call rather than making you wait.

Do I have to sign an NDA?

Yes, before you start. It covers client identities, campaign data, and internal methodology. It does not restrict you from stating where you worked, what your title was, or what skills you used.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Pick the one that fits you best and mention the second in the message field. Applying to all five signals you're not sure which you want, which is the wrong first impression to give.

What happens to my data if I'm not selected?

We keep applications on file for future openings unless you ask us not to. Email [email protected] at any point and we'll delete your record.
